Succession Law (Family Provision Claims & Probate)

I practise in equity and succession law (family provisions claims and probate) and have a keen interest disputes concerning the family farm and a deceased estate.

I have successfully represented clients in Family Provision Claims where insufficient provision from an estate has been made to them; and acted on behalf of Executors defending claims against estates by others claiming a share or a larger share from the estate of a deceased person.

I draft Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship instruments and assist with Estate Planning. I also attend to Probate matters with the Supreme Court of NSW.
